About the position
The Principal Application role involves working closely with the Principal to coordinate and administer various school programs. This position operates within the framework of the philosophy, goals, and policies established by the Board, ensuring compliance with the standards set by regulatory agencies and adherence to administrative regulations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in educational administration
- Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
- Certified T-TESS appraiser
- Minimum of three years successful classroom experience
- Minimum one year assistant principal experience required, preferably at the high school level
Nice-to-haves
- Minimum of two years' experience in instructional support/leadership roles preferred
