About the position
The Associate Product Development and Sourcing role is integral to the Product Innovation team of a new online lingerie brand. This position focuses on sourcing and developing high-quality lingerie, bras, and loungewear by collaborating with suppliers and managing the product development process. The role requires a blend of technical design knowledge and strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of samples and adherence to development standards.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and development of raw materials and trims.
- Oversee approvals, maintain files on specs, lead times, and costs.
- Send tech pack information to suppliers and manage daily communication.
- Own product development tracking and ensure timely sample deliveries.
- Collaborate on technical specs, fitting processes, and supplier feedback.
- Assist in building processes and maintaining development standards.
Requirements
- 2 Years of structured bra experience.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PLM, 3D software, and Adobe Suite.
- Confident communicator and proven experience in the lingerie industry.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Understanding of apparel timelines, product development, and raw materials.
