About the position
The HOKA Associate Product Line Manager - Performance will be part of a dynamic product team focused on creating innovative performance footwear solutions for runners. This role emphasizes understanding consumer needs, managing product lines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product positioning and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Champion the HOKA Performance consumer by staying informed on competitive landscape and evolving consumer behaviors.
- Manage one to two styles each season across multiple categories with a sense of urgency.
- Work with the team and cross-functional partners to build a strong understanding of product positioning and category strategy.
- Present clearly and passionately at key product gates and represent the brand at trade shows and events.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience in performance footwear product line management, merchandising, or sales.
- A clear passion for running and performance footwear.
- Strong communication skills and proactive engagement in a team environment.
