In the role of Product Manager on the Product Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Aladdin Wealth's cross-functional roadmap. This position will specifically focus on API and configuration services, facilitating the deployment of the complete suite of wealth products across the AMRS, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will translate business goals and user needs into a coherent product strategy, ensuring alignment with client teams, design, and engineering through effective communication and documentation. As the product owner within the scrum development process, you will prioritize engineering efforts, drive decision-making, and manage the backlog and roadmap based on insights from various stakeholders and industry trends. Your expertise in the wealth management landscape will be crucial in representing user needs and identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy for core proposal construction workflows and use cases.
- Drive visibility and alignment of product strategy with client teams, design, and engineering through product memos and presentations.
- Serve as product owner within the scrum development process, prioritizing engineering team efforts and decision-making.
- Own and prioritize iterative improvements to products and features, addressing defects and balancing client requests with product strategy.
- Cultivate and refine the backlog and roadmap, synthesizing insights from leadership, stakeholders, and usage patterns.
- Act as the voice of users, focusing on needs, opportunities, and competitors in the wealth management landscape.

- At least 3 years of experience working with or adjacent to Product and/or Technology teams.
