About the position

The Associate Product Manager for Digital & Marketing is responsible for the development and management of small to basic initiatives aimed at driving traffic, conversion, revenue growth, and profitability for the online channel. This role involves close collaboration with IT, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure successful product management and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support product management activities for one or more products, potentially having full accountability for smaller products or enhancements.
  • Conduct technical and market research to support product managers.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals for the assigned product area.
  • Work closely with engineering technology teams and user interface designers to define detailed key product requirements.
  • Identify and quantify customer segments with strong growth potential, creating business cases for targeting.
  • Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and manage ROI to ensure benefits outweigh costs for execution.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of existing pricing and functionality, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Build strong internal cross-functional relationships to drive implementation and achieve goals.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Identify industry best practices in eCommerce and build vendor relationships.
  • Stay updated on new product launches in the online space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product management experience in online technology, or a High School/GED with at least 4 years of product management experience in online technology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in consumer-facing online commerce.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, and/or management consulting.
  • Experience working with the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the retail industry.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and timelines.
  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $83,100 - $132,900
  • Bonus potential based on terms of any applicable bonus plan
