We are seeking a Digital Product Manager who will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital product offerings, particularly in the eCommerce and Order Management sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field, or have equivalent years of related work experience. This position requires 1-3+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, preferably within eCommerce or Order Management, along with a proven track record of successfully launching new product features for consumer-facing websites or digital products. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks within the assigned product vertical, ensuring the continuous delivery of value-added features for our customers. This role involves collaborating with delivery partners to define the rationale and timeline for product features, continuously monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. The successful candidate will partner with other Product Owners, Product Development Managers (PDMs), and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience opportunities. A passion for user-centric design and a commitment to research, competitive analysis, and unbiased recommendations in a collaborative environment are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs is crucial, as is the capacity to develop effective relationships with internal and external business partners at all levels of the organization. The Digital Product Manager will also participate in agile scrum ceremonies, write user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the delivered product meets business objectives and launch criteria. This role requires a proactive approach, critical thinking, and the ability to support team members in a fast-paced environment.
