About the position

The Associate Product Manager for Marketing, Integrated Solutions will lead the global marketing strategy and planning for HealthSight Analytics solutions within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of customer needs, product development, and strategic marketing initiatives, ultimately enhancing the delivery of integrated solutions and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle from requirements assembling through production and release, evaluating and balancing risks & tradeoffs.
  • Partner with the R&D organization, Medical Affairs, and internal clinical SMEs to define user needs and requirements for the agile development process.
  • Support commercial and cross-functional marketing partners in research initiatives to drive strategic insights and product development guidance.
  • Drive innovation and development of new solutions through case development and evaluation with the Platform team.
  • Inform the Global Marketing Platform on project Core Teams and implement the strategic roadmap with cross-functional associates.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the customer experience journey and drive improvements in alignment with partners.
  • Communicate sophisticated workflows and demonstrate strong product and market knowledge related to medication management in hospitals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure marketing decisions are customer-focused.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in marketing and/or product/solution management with proven excellence in commercial strategy and launch planning required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing/Business or a Technical Field; MBA preferred.
  • Healthcare automation experience and hospital pharmacy experience desired.
  • Experience with marketing software applications and integrated workflow experience desired.
  • Ability to work in highly matrixed environments and lead teams beyond direct span of control.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience across international geographies with success in incorporating diverse stakeholder feedback.
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
