About the position

The Associate Product Manager for Uterine Health at CooperSurgical will support the Product Marketing organization in executing marketing, launching, selling, and distribution projects to achieve corporate and division financial objectives. This role involves driving product life cycle management, understanding market demands, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and profitability in both US and select international markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Marketing organization in executing marketing and distribution projects.
• Develop a portfolio roadmap and product strategy in collaboration with the product team.
• Assist in the commercial launch and penetration of products in the market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Education teams on ongoing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and insights.
• Participate in the development and implementation of brand messaging and marketing materials.
• Contribute to annual marketing plans and commercialization strategies.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to inform strategic opportunities.
• Support product launch strategies and execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Commercial Medical Device experience (Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of the medical device space, specifically Women's Health.
• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Proven track record of successful portfolio results.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree, especially MBA in Marketing, General Management, or an advanced scientific degree.
• Experience with Medical Device products and associated strategy across clinical areas.
