About the position

The Associate Product Manager will support the execution and implementation of marketing activities for the Bell Domestic team. This role involves collaboration with various functional areas within the organization and requires strong relationship-building skills. The position also includes assisting the sales team in preparing for tradeshows and customer meetings, ensuring effective product management from approval to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product execution process for all confirmed new product initiatives from approval to launch.
  • Work with key functional areas to confirm package sizes, establish product codes and part numbers, and release product ECOs.
  • Ensure package labeling meets registration requirements.
  • Develop and execute packaging for new products.
  • Collaborate with purchasing for efficient and cost-effective packaging development.
  • Assist sales team in developing collateral materials, working with graphic artists and sales managers.
  • Initiate collateral development for new product introductions and updates to existing materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and determine economic order quantities for new materials.
  • Attend divisional sales meetings and relevant customer meetings.
  • Develop and implement promotional marketing programs with the Director of Marketing and Sales team.
  • Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns supporting new product introductions and other objectives.
  • Assist in creating trade show promotional materials and displays.
  • Evaluate product performance and manage product life cycle to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in product management or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.

  • Experience in the consumer goods industry.
