About the position

The Associate Product Manager at Argus Technical Services will support the execution and implementation of marketing activities for the Bell Domestic team. This role involves collaboration with various functional areas within the organization and requires strong relationship-building skills to assist the sales team in preparing for tradeshows and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product execution process for all confirmed new product initiatives from approval to launch.
  • Work with key functional areas to confirm package sizes, establish product codes and part numbers, and release product ECOs and updates of price lists.
  • Ensure package labeling meets requirements by working with registrations.
  • Drive the development and execution of packaging.
  • Collaborate with purchasing to ensure efficient and cost-effective packaging development and transition plans for existing and new products.
  • Develop collateral materials with the sales team, including coordination with graphic artists and sales managers.
  • Assist in collateral development for new product introductions and updates to existing materials, including price list updates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and determine economic order quantities of new materials in collaboration with purchasing.
  • Attend divisional sales meetings and relevant customer meetings.
  • Develop and implement promotional marketing programs that support sales objectives in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Sales team.
  • Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns that support new product introductions and other objectives.
  • Develop promotional materials for customer-specific initiatives with the Director of Marketing and Sales managers.
  • Assist in creating trade show promotional materials and displays.
  • Work with materials management and accounting to identify underperforming products.
  • Evaluate product performance and manage product life cycle to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the manufacturing or technical services industry.
  • Familiarity with packaging development processes.
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing strategies.
