Responsibilities

  • Deliver products that ensure a compelling digital experience for retail customers.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams of Partners and suppliers with general supervision.
  • Build subject matter expertise and serve as an internal consultant.
  • Support execution of solutions and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business, customer, and user needs.
  • Assist in building and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Access and organize data to support analyses of financial and user impact.
  • Work with business stakeholders and Product Managers to drive the product lifecycle.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision.
  • Execute against features prioritization defined by Product leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly to keep the team on task and on time.
  • Manage processes collaboratively and identify critical team issues.
  • Support management of reporting metrics to identify product team successes and failures.
  • Maintain product backlog and author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
