About the position

The Associate Product Manager will support the Asset Management Product Development team by conducting research, analysis, and communication regarding investment products and strategies. This role involves evaluating existing products, analyzing market trends, and enhancing product offerings to ensure alignment with the firm's objectives. The position requires collaboration with various teams to provide insights and maintain high-quality reporting on investment performance.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of investment products and asset classes through research and analysis.
• Provide insights on investment capabilities and ensure strategies are relevant and well-positioned.
• Conduct investment performance analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform competitive analysis to track market trends and product positioning.
• Act as a liaison between product management and other departments to address challenges and requests.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of competitive analysis reports and other projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the asset management industry and investment products.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
• Client-focused and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in research, analysis, and synthesis of information.
• Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Bloomberg, Factset preferred.
• Holds active FINRA Series 6 or 7.
• MBA, CFA, CAIA or CIMA candidacy a plus.
