About the position

The Associate Product Marketing Manager for AI at Redis will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for AI products. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on customer insights and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for AI products that resonate with technical and business audiences.
• Create a variety of assets to tell Redis's AI story, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, and webinars.
• Help lead the go-to-market strategy for Redis's AI solutions, including planning product launches and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team in communicating Redis' value proposition effectively.
• Gather market intelligence, conduct customer research, and analyze the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding customer challenges and opportunities.
• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years at a company that specializes in databases or artificial intelligence.
• Working knowledge of building and deploying AI apps in enterprises and ability to show and build technical demos.
