About the position

The Associate Product Marketing Manager at Momentus will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for the company's venue and event management platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of the product by collaborating across product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and upsell campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, goals, and industry trends.
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on market insights.
  • Create clear and compelling product positioning and articulate the value proposition to target personas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce various marketing materials including infographics, videos, and customer success stories.
  • Lead product launches and ensure cross-functional alignment across teams.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for new features and product updates.
  • Create campaigns to drive adoption and engagement among prospects and customers.
  • Provide sales teams with resources to effectively communicate product value.
  • Train sales teams on product positioning and differentiation strategies.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent written and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience with go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
