About the position

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Omnicell, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to life market-leading solutions through innovative commercialization strategies and storytelling. This position is focused on developing and executing marketing programs specifically for Omnicell's Point of Care solutions, which are designed to enhance client satisfaction and performance. You will be responsible for crafting strategic messaging frameworks and commercialization tools that not only drive prospect acquisition but also deepen client relationships with Omnicell. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to anticipate the needs of customer-facing teams when new products, features, enhancements, and fixes are released. Your efforts will empower these teams by creating essential marketing collateral and sales enablement materials, including presentations, FAQs, quoting guides, and training materials. You will also be tasked with defining insights into customer needs and market opportunities by actively engaging with sales and customer success teams, presenting to clients, and embedding these insights within product narratives and stories. Additionally, you will formalize product proof points and develop differentiated and engaging packaging and positioning strategies. Monitoring competitive activity will be crucial, as you will need to adjust and refine the value proposition to further differentiate Omnicell's products and services. Your role will also involve supporting customer-facing teams by leveraging deep knowledge of your product and related internal stakeholders, partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to build the sales funnel, and accelerating the time to close deals. As a demonstration expert for your product, you will deliver product demonstrations and train others to do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to anticipate the needs of customer facing teams when new products, features, enhancements, and fixes are released

  • Define insights into customer needs and market opportunities by engaging with sales and customer success teams, presenting to clients, and embedding these insights within product narratives

  • Monitor competitive activity and adjust the value proposition to further differentiate products and services
  • Support customer-facing teams by obtaining and leveraging deep knowledge of the product and related internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to build the funnel for the product and accelerate the time to close deals
  • Serve as a demonstration expert for the product, delivering demonstrations and training others to provide demonstrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years' experience in Product Marketing or related fields
  • Experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Sales role within healthcare, technology, or medical devices

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or other advanced degrees
  • Acute care nursing or pharmacy experience
