About the position

The Associate Product Services & Management Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the analysis, verification, tracking, and development of implementation plans for system development and project access. This position involves collaboration with various departments to ensure customer support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the analysis, verification, tracking and development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of project access.
• Helps in ensuring processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements.
• Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
• Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.
• Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes.
• Operates with direct guidance and work assignments that are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
• Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience required.

• Familiar with Soarian, Athena IDX, Healthpay 24 and Cornerstone
• Ability to deliver training on site and virtually
• Experience with survey applications and Redcap
