About the position

The Associate Product Specialist will support Client Services on the Ratings360® platform, focusing on user access management, client inquiries, defect monitoring, and trend analysis. This role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process user access requests for the Ratings360® platform.
  • Act as second-level support for client inquiries related to entitlement/access and functionality.
  • Monitor and document product defects reported by clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze client inquiries and defect reports to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on findings to share with senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a deep understanding of the credit ratings business and debt capital markets.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, client support, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using client support software and data analysis tools.
