About the position

The Associate Production Graphic Designer at Volt is responsible for driving new subscriber acquisition and supporting streaming profitability through the creation and delivery of digital marketing assets. This role involves working independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to produce high-quality designs for various digital platforms, while adhering to brand standards and optimizing user acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive new subscriber acquisition and streaming profitability business objectives.
• Create, develop, and deliver designs for digital media, including rich media display, marketing landing pages, and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Work independently on assignments and contribute to group projects as needed.
• Manipulate key art quickly and with meticulous attention to detail.
• Pivot design direction based on feedback and communicate effectively throughout project phases.
• Support Senior Designers/Designers in producing digital marketing assets.
• Design pixel-perfect digital marketing assets and stay updated with design and digital trends.
• Perform key art manipulation and Photoshop compositing.
• Iterate and version creative assets for global marketing campaigns.
• Organize and name files appropriately for team members, vendors, and agency partners.

Requirements

• Fundamental graphic design skills with an understanding of message hierarchy and typographic layout.
• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Production Artist or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, HTML, or CSS.
• Strong digital production skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
