About the position

The Associate Production Graphic Designer role at Volt involves driving new subscriber acquisition and supporting performance marketing campaigns. This production-heavy position requires the creation and delivery of digital designs, with a focus on meticulous attention to detail and the ability to pivot design direction based on feedback. The designer will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to produce digital marketing assets while maintaining high design standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive new subscriber acquisition and streaming profitability business objectives.
• Create, develop, and deliver designs for digital media including rich media display, marketing landing pages, and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Work independently on assignments and contribute to group projects as needed.
• Manipulate key art quickly and with meticulous attention to detail.
• Pivot design direction based on feedback and communicate effectively throughout project phases.
• Support Senior Designers/Designers in producing digital marketing assets.
• Learn and provide design solutions based on feedback from Creative/Art Directors.
• Design pixel-perfect digital marketing assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design and digital trends.
• Organize and name files appropriately for team members, vendors, and agency partners.

Requirements

• Fundamental graphic design skills with an understanding of message hierarchy and typographic layout.
• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Production Artist or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, HTML, or CSS.
• Digital production skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
