Responsibilities

  • Skin, trim, cut, and debone meat products using machinery and cutting tools.
  • Process, package, and box products according to operating procedures and quality expectations.
  • Perform physically demanding work while maintaining safety as a top priority.
  • Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfortable working with raw meat and carcass parts.
  • Ability to safely work with knives; training is a plus.
  • Able to operate or work near mechanical production equipment and cutting tools while standing on concrete floors for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing physical requirements, including repetitive movements and lifting at least 35 lbs.
  • Willing to work in cold production environments (20-40 degrees) and stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in wet, humid, and odorous environments.
  • Work while wearing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
