About the position

The position involves working on an inside phone-based sales team within the real estate appraisal industry at CoreLogic. The role focuses on promoting company products and services, assisting existing customers with subscription renewals, and identifying new prospects to generate income. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects while documenting client needs and engagement levels.

Responsibilities

• Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry.
• Learn and promote company products and services.
• Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals.
• Offer new or additional products to existing customers.
• Identify new prospects that generate new income.
• Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers.
• Document client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel.
• Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for the potential client.
• Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism.
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Technologically adept.
