About The Position

The position involves working on an inside phone-based sales team within the real estate appraisal industry at CoreLogic. Requirements

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for the potential client.
• Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism.
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Technologically adept.

Responsibilities

• Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry.
• Learn and promote company products and services.
• Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals.
• Offer new or additional products to existing customers.
• Identify new prospects that generate new income.
• Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers.
• Document client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel.
• Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects.
