New Hampshire Housing's mission is to promote, finance, and support housing solutions for the people of New Hampshire. We have empowered over 55,000 families to achieve their dream of homeownership and have played a pivotal role in funding the development of over 16,000 multifamily housing units. Our dedicated team manages thousands of Housing Choice Vouchers annually. We're on a mission, and we want your expertise! Are you passionate about making a difference in New Hampshire communities through grant administration? Do you thrive in mission-driven environments and want to contribute to meaningful projects? If so, we're excited to invite you to join our team as an Associate Program Manager! We're hiring a full-time Associate Program Manager, Community Grants, for our Executive Division. As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in administering a $7.9 million grant program that supports municipalities throughout New Hampshire. Your responsibilities will include managing the administration of all components of the Housing Opportunity Planning (HOP) grants cycle, including managing intake and review of applications, database management, grant documentation, and check processing. You will establish and maintain a quality control system, design and oversee data collection mechanisms for reporting and research, and advise the team on compliance processes. Ensuring strict adherence to grant program requirements through the maintenance of comprehensive documentation and organization will be key to your role. You will also develop, enhance, and enforce robust policies and procedures for record-keeping and documentation that meet audit standards. Additionally, you will arrange and conduct orientation calls and progress review meetings with grantees, oversee grantee performance to ensure deliverable completion, and monitor adherence to project timelines. Managing the close-out process for grant projects, including gathering and structuring final reports and materials, will also be part of your responsibilities. Supporting the execution of Housing Academy and managing day-of logistics, as well as administering stipends for participants and supporting the Connect Extension platform, will round out your duties.
