About the position

The Associate Program Manager at Labcorp plays a crucial role in supporting Program Managers in managing global drug development programs. This position involves assisting in the design, conduct, and coordination of multidisciplinary programs, including pre-clinical and clinical studies, while interacting with clients and fostering strong relationships. The role requires effective communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work within a program team and a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in managing global drug development programs.
• Assist in the design, conduct, and coordination of multidisciplinary programs.
• Interact with clients through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Work on scoped projects with either an Alliance Manager or Drug Development Leader.
• Foster a high professional standard and encourage good staff relationships.

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience within a science-related environment.
• CRO experience across multiple business units preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client needs.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Sound scientific knowledge in a relevant field.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of a range of computer packages.
• Ability to understand and work with financial information.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment.
