The Associate Program Manager at Labcorp plays a crucial role in supporting Program Managers in managing global drug development programs. This position involves assisting in the design, conduct, and coordination of multidisciplinary programs, including pre-clinical and clinical studies. The Associate Program Manager will interact significantly with clients and work closely with various teams to ensure effective program management and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in managing global drug development programs.
• Assist in the design, conduct, and coordination of multidisciplinary programs.
• Interact with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Work on scoped projects with either an Alliance Manager or Drug Development Leader.
• Foster professional standards and encourage good staff relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, business, or project management.
• 4 years of relevant experience in a science-related environment, preferably with CRO experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client needs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sound scientific knowledge in a relevant field.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of various computer packages.
• Ability to understand and work with financial information.
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment.
