About the position

The Associate Program Manager, Outreach and Feedback is responsible for the development and execution of the Member Relations and Education (MRE) strategic outreach and feedback plan. This role involves engaging with firms to enhance understanding of regulatory matters, developing educational resources, and coordinating outreach events to facilitate compliance with regulatory obligations. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and planning skills to manage various outreach initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of MRE's strategic outreach and feedback plan.
  • Independently partner with leaders and subject matter experts to develop outreach meeting agendas and materials.
  • Prepare and develop agendas and meeting materials for outreach programs.
  • Participate in and execute outreach and feedback meetings, interacting with senior executives of member firms.
  • Perform detailed analyses to identify key themes from outreach events and deliver summaries for senior leadership.
  • Oversee the execution of day-of and on-site aspects at outreach meetings and events.
  • Lead discussions and resolution of action items from meetings with member firms.
  • Develop partnerships across MRE to ensure feedback informs educational programming and compliance tools.
  • Work with Meetings and Conference Services to develop and execute outreach meetings and events.
  • Track the timely completion of all projects and ensure they are within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of five years of experience in financial services, preferably in compliance or regulation.
  • Working knowledge of securities products.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Established proficiency in analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
  • Energetic self-starter with project management, relationship management, and customer service skills.

  • Experience in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Zoom, Concur, and Workday.
