About the position

The Associate Program Manager role at Moog Inc. is a full-time position focused on coordinating program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery. The position is based in Buffalo, NY, and reports to the Director of Site Program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspects of the program.
• Deliver regular status updates to management on program performance.
• Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
• 1-3 years of relevant program management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
