Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Perform civil design and create construction drawings
• Conduct engineering calculations and prepare reports
• Develop technical specifications and cost estimates
• Communicate effectively with clients, sub-consultants, and local regulatory agencies
• Perform drainage analysis and hydraulic calculations
• Collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical engineers, architects, planners, and environmental specialists

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with design
• 1 year of experience managing project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Familiarity with land development, street improvements, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Proficient with AutoCAD and design software
• Experience with technical specifications and cost estimates
• Knowledge of professional codes, laws, and industry standards
• Ability to perform drainage analysis, hydrology, and hydraulic calculations
