As an Associate Project Manager, Customer Facing at Spectrum Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in managing, planning, monitoring, and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. In this position, you will proactively manage all aspects of project details, ensuring that timelines are met and objectives are achieved. You will serve as the primary point of escalation for project issues and will review technical aspects to facilitate smooth operations. Collaboration is key, as you will work with teams both in person and digitally within an office environment. Your contributions will directly impact the success of projects and the satisfaction of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, management, and monitoring of projects from concept to completion. You will be tasked with tracking daily operations, gaining consensus from stakeholders, and implementing processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget. Regular status updates and feedback sessions will be essential for leadership to leverage in decision-making. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance SLAs, and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives. Additionally, you will assist in gathering data and preparing various reports covering project estimates, status updates, and other management reports, while also performing other duties as requested by Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, managing and monitoring every step from concept to completion for assigned projects.
  • Monitor daily operations and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Implement processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Submit status updates and gather feedback through meetings for leadership to leverage.
  • Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track costs, performance SLAs and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status and other management reports.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Project Management.

Requirements

  • Project management or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage change in a challenging environment and develop working relationships with peers.
