About the position

The Associate Project Manager (Transformational Change) at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating various initiatives within the Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) organization. This position requires a blend of pharmaceutical industry knowledge and project management skills to effectively manage projects, remove operational constraints, and ensure timely communication across global functional areas.

Responsibilities

  • Functions as a leader between functional areas to facilitate the advancement of initiatives.
  • Understands and removes operational constraints using expert knowledge of IOPS quality and manufacturing operation processes.
  • Creates, maintains and executes timelines and manages other tools required to facilitate planning and coordination of deliverables.
  • Accountable to remove constraints to advancement of efforts/project.
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to manage others across the business through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Assesses process issues and develops solutions to meet productivity and quality milestones and objectives.
  • Develops tools and mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem solving with input from functional areas and management.
  • Translates ambiguity into actionable steps.
  • Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication between global functional areas.
  • Utilizes effective and out of the box problem solving, develops solutions and implements the fix.
  • Connects the functional areas of IOPS to lead the progression of projects by collaboratively finding solutions.
  • Defines and documents working / best practices that can be used across projects with all relevant departments in order to ensure that project objectives are met.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a physical or biological science.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including 4 years of experience directly related to project management.
  • Proven experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
