Responsibilities

  • Take charge of integration projects in the context of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute comprehensive integration plans.
  • Work closely with internal and external legal teams and regional operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the transfer of professional and equipment licenses, certifications, and registrations to ensure compliance.
  • Gather and organize pertinent documents and data from various internal and external sources.
  • Implement modifications to relevant documents and data with external regulatory and governmental organizations.
  • Monitor the progress of changes to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to regional and functional leaders.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing files.
  • Monitor and report on project progress using project management and presentation software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field required.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in project management, paralegal, acquisitions, or integrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience in geotechnical engineering or construction management.
