About the position

The Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a crucial role in the execution of high voltage service projects, ensuring timely delivery and completion of goods and services to customers. The APM focuses on managing accounts receivable, facilitating communication between commercial operations and project management teams, and ensuring compliance with contract agreements. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the commercial operations team to confirm customer and order information.
  • Review and audit order handoffs and contract details.
  • Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.
  • Manage accounts receivable for the HV Service portfolio.
  • Facilitate communication between commercial operations and operations teams.
  • Update service sales order documentation in HE ERP tool (SAP).
  • Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the project management team.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project updates and scheduling.
  • Research and resolve customer disputes regarding payments.

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with high voltage products and services is preferred.
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
