About the position

The Associate Project Manager at UST Global is responsible for analyzing computer system capabilities and managing project plans to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. This role involves overseeing a team of software developers, managing project schedules, and ensuring effective communication of technical requirements. The position is full-time and may require travel or relocation within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
• Manage cost, time schedules, and standards with well-defined milestones.
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Manage allocation and utilization of resources, assisting software developers in completing assigned work.
• Own and manage the project plan and project modules, proactively resolving issues.
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to the project development team.
• Perform and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or in a related occupation.
