About the position

The Associate Property Engagement Platform role at Hilton involves supporting the deployment of Hilton's new Property Management System (PMS) as part of the Global Deployment & Change Management team. This position is crucial for enhancing the hospitality experience through technology, requiring technical skills and collaboration with hotel management teams to ensure successful system implementation and training.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and engage with hotels leading up to migration.
  • Configure and build the system database.
  • Export guest and financial data from OnQ and import into Hilton's new PMS while ensuring both systems are in balance.
  • Set up hardware and system interfaces.
  • Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
  • Assist in special projects and ad hoc property support assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Associate.

Requirements

  • Professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Work experience using Hotel Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily
  • Solid understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS, and interfaces
  • Domestic and international travel up to 80%

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily
  • Proven track record as a successful systems installer
  • Knowledge in the following: point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON
  • Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
  • Bilingual
