About the position

The Associate Regional Sales Manager - Reconstruction (ARSM) is a field-based role at AlloSource, a leading BioTech company dedicated to restoring hope to donor families and helping patients heal through innovative cellular and tissue allografts. The ARSM will assist the Regional Sales Manager in driving revenue growth by promoting AlloSource's Acellular Dermal Matrix product lines for soft tissue reconstructive surgery within a designated territory. This position requires building strong customer relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales of AlloSource surgical products through various healthcare settings including physician offices, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  • Assist with presentations, training, and support of AlloSource surgical products to key customer stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding surgical and non-surgical products.
  • Observe surgeries and report on key issues, trends, and competitor efforts.
  • Upsell and maximize account penetration for assigned staff conventions and bio-skills programs.
  • Keep the Regional Sales Manager informed of sales efforts, opportunities, and territory trends.
  • Perform customer service activities and act as the primary customer point of contact.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager with operations to help reach team objectives, including inventory management and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to proper practices consistent with operating procedures and safety practices.
  • Obtain and maintain vendor credentialing required for hospital access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 7 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3-5 years of medical sales or marketing experience within a hospital, surgery center, or physician office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or related field.
  • Sales or marketing experience in medical devices, human cells, tissues, or surgical products.
  • Operating room experience.
  • Experience selling in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology markets.
