About the position
The Associate Regional Sales Manager at TriMed Inc. is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing sales support for established business throughout the region. This role involves collaboration with the marketing department, assisting sales representatives, and developing sales tools to enhance sales efforts. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to assist in the development of sales tools to enhance sales efforts.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist Sales Reps with inventory control.
- Develop an action plan for outside Regional Training.
- Coordinate regional workshops and case coverage.
- Engage in Sales Reps ride-alongs to assist Rep's on product knowledge.
- Assist Sales Reps groups in local meeting coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry.
- 2 or more years of Sales experience, with product management/sales preferred.
- Excellent time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing.
- Excellent people and relationship building skills.
- Ability to write & speak clearly in a variety of communication settings.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
