About the position

The position involves servicing primarily walk-in customers to fulfill their specific transactional requirements through high-quality customer service. The role aims to increase product penetration through cross-selling and achieving allocated portfolio and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales performance to achieve given revenue targets (self and branch) through liability products, wealth management products, and asset-related products.
  • Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls, presentations, and in-branch contacts.
  • Participate actively in branch sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank's Mis-selling & Sales Policies at all times.
  • Manage difficult customer situations and ensure a high level of customer service in the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and maintain minimal comments in audits and inspections.
  • Process transactions with a high level of accuracy to satisfy customer needs.
  • Ensure validity and completeness of transactions processed and authorize concessions relative to exchange rates, fees, and charges.
  • Facilitate first-time resolution and minimize rejections and customer complaints.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Take responsibility for general reconciliation and control activities.
  • Find ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs to meet budgets.
  • Be multi-skilled to handle all kinds of transactions and services in the bank.
  • Manage growth and attrition of the customer base and improve product per customer.
  • Ensure compliance with policies related to ORMA, Group Code of Conduct, KYC/CDD/EDD & Money laundering prevention.
  • Manage premises in areas of merchandising, housekeeping, and branch upkeep.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Strategic planning skills.
