Requirements

  • One year of experience in the retirement plan, insurance, or banking industry.
  • Excellent telephone customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively while taking member calls.
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience processing retirement distributions.
  • Knowledge of defined contribution and defined pension plan administration.
