About the position

The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst at Canopy will play a crucial role in supporting the company's revenue operations by developing and maintaining dashboards that provide insights into key revenue metrics. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various platforms, while also identifying areas for improvement in sales and customer success processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement in revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key revenue metrics.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related data across CRM and other GTM systems.
  • Track performance metrics for sales and customer success processes identifying areas for improvement.
  • Report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates, providing insights to leadership on opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and other GTM and revenue-related tools and systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry.
  • Understanding of revenue models and the sales funnel.
