About the position

The Associate Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst at Perdue Farms will support and drive profitable growth across various teams including Wholesale, Industrial, Foodservice, and International. This role focuses on executing sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developing sales and marketing materials. The Analyst will work across multiple functional areas to create a positive impact and will present key learnings to the leadership team during their onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products or services through presentations, networking, and one-on-one sales meetings.
• Build strong intercompany and customer relationships that impact business success.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and sales.
• Create strategies to penetrate new market segments and analyze the target market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Analyze team performance and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and methods.
• Research potential leads, competitors, and trends in the market.
• Collaborate with the team to craft and execute sales plans effectively.
• Create sales and product collateral while ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Stay current on industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience, with experience in Sales and Marketing being a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Syndicated Data.
• Willingness to travel, including air travel, and occasionally work weekends if needed.
