Sales Enablement is a crucial part of Guidehouse's growth office, dedicated to enhancing sales performance across the firm. The Sales Enablement team plays a vital role in driving Guidehouse's growth by implementing best practices in capture, competitive insights, and proposal development for the most critical pursuits across various segments. As an Associate, you will engage in Guidehouse Business Development projects aimed at empowering employees to secure new business in the Federal Government, State/Local, and Commercial markets. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and familiarize yourself with industry-leading proposal practices and processes. In this role, you will support the PDC Director and other Directors within the Sales Enablement organization by implementing internal projects designed to document and enhance our proposal processes. As we continue to integrate new technologies into our operations, your contributions will be essential in refining these processes. Key responsibilities include developing documentation and training materials for Guidehouse's sales and proposal Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), creating user training and support documentation for sales and proposal tools such as Be the Guide and Proposal Lab, and supporting the implementation of proposal AI tools. This may involve researching tools and companies, developing use cases, creating training guides, and assisting with various implementation tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance our SharePoint Library, preparing content for AI and fostering greater collaboration among the PDC and legal/contracts teams.
