About the position

The Associate Sales Manager at UBS Wealth Advice Center is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of client experiences for emerging affluent and core affluent clients. This role involves managing a team of Financial Advisors, driving a high-performance culture, and executing business initiatives aligned with the center's growth plan. The Associate Sales Manager will coach and train Financial Advisors, oversee day-to-day operations, and promote a culture of ongoing learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) clients.
  • Work with Sales Managers and Financial Advisors to drive a high-performance growth culture.
  • Assist Sales Managers in the overall supervision and management of daily office functions.
  • Coach and train Financial Advisors in areas such as platform knowledge and retirement planning.
  • Manage service center aspects to ensure smooth operations, including escalated matters.
  • Develop Wealth Advice Center staff by assessing job performance and providing feedback.
  • Problem solve and answer Financial Advisor questions in a timely manner.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing learning and development.

Requirements

  • Experience managing others or in a similar position.
  • Strong track record of success in previous roles.
  • SIE, Series 7, and 66 licensed (required within 120 days of accepting the job).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to manage time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-confidence and ability to maintain composure in challenging environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
