About the position

The Associate Sales Manager at Renewal by Andersen will play a crucial role in supporting the sales leadership team to enhance branch bookings and improve the performance of individual sales representatives. This position involves leading training sessions, providing coaching on sales processes, and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary product and industry knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire training for sales representatives to ensure team effectiveness.
• Conduct ride-a-long training focused on new sales reps through observation and demonstration.
• Debrief with sales reps, provide performance feedback, and document results.
• Analyze individual and team sales metrics to identify training focus areas.
• Develop and deliver specific training to improve close rates, revenue per appointment, quoting accuracy, and installation knowledge.
• Participate in sourcing, recruiting, and selection of sales representatives.
• Partner with sales reps to resolve questions and issues post tech measure process.
• Collaborate with Retail Development Sales Manager to implement sales initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five years of sales experience; in-home sales and sales management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Computer skills and ability to manage computer-based information.
• Good communication, planning, and goal-setting skills.
• Financial knowledge.
• Results-oriented and focused on customer experience.
