About the position

The Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Stryker's Interventional Spine products. This position involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and providing excellent customer service to healthcare professionals. The representative is expected to track territory progress, communicate effectively with sales teams, and solve product-related issues on-site, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products.
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
  • Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to clients.
  • Track territory progress and communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
  • Solve product problems and inform healthcare staff about proper use and maintenance of products.
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B sales preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Ability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.
  • Ability to communicate and present to large groups of people.
  • Possess unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive work environment.
