About the position

The Associate Sales Representative for Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial division is responsible for engaging with customers and building relationships in the healthcare environment. This role involves collaborating with experienced sales representatives and managers to develop clinical and product knowledge, while also prospecting new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. The position requires a strong commitment to Stryker's mission of improving healthcare and involves significant fieldwork, including time spent in operating rooms and emergency environments.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to build relationships and promote Stryker's brand.
  • Collaborate with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers for training and mentorship.
  • Study and prepare independently to perform effectively in operating room settings.
  • Identify and promote solutions and sell products that improve patient outcomes.
  • Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for achieving sales objectives.
  • Foster a culture that attracts top performers and supports career growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Ability to work in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstration techniques.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
  • Personal car required for transporting product inventory and customer visits.
