Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers for training and mentorship.
  • Study and prepare independently to excel in the operating room environment.
  • Identify and promote solutions that positively impact patient lives.
  • Prospect new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for achieving sales objectives.
  • Foster a culture that attracts top performers and supports career growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Ability to work in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
  • Personal car required for transporting product inventory and customer visits.
