About the position

The Associate Sales Representative for Interventional Spine at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Interventional Spine products. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The representative will track territory progress, communicate effectively with sales teams, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products.
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
  • Demonstrate the value of Stryker products persuasively.
  • Track territory progress and communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
  • Solve product problems and inform healthcare staff about proper use and maintenance of products.
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Ability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize work and maintain detailed and confidential records.
