About the position

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) at Nevro is responsible for supporting sales revenue targets and expanding market share within a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Nevro's medical products. This role emphasizes clinical sales with a focus on enhancing patient care outcomes through effective territory management, customer training, and relationship building with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Support achievement of sales revenue targets and grow market share for specified territory.
  • Practice good territory management in terms of organization, administration, and expense planning.
  • Control and train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures.
  • Provide forecast for targeted accounts with DSM guidance.
  • Prospect for new customers and drive lead follow-up.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers and customers.
  • Provide clinical support for DSM, including programming and educating clients and patients.
  • Train and educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  • Report on sales process, market conditions, and customer activities to sales leader.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local educational and sales events.

Requirements

  • Two plus years' sales experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science or Business is a plus.
  • Possesses high empathy and compassion for patients.
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales role, indicating a high level of sales performance.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet region requirements.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • Computer proficiency.
