About the position
The Associate Sales Representative for Interventional Spine at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling medical devices to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining sample inventory while supporting sales efforts in the field. The position requires a proactive approach to tracking territory progress and collaborating with regional managers and sales representatives to exceed performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker IVS products.
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings.
- Demonstrate the value of Stryker products persuasively.
- Track territory progress and communicate findings with the Regional Manager and Sales Representatives.
- Solve product problems and inform medical staff about proper use and maintenance of products.
- Manage and maintain sample inventory of products.
- Cover open territories as needed to grow responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
- 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred.
