About the position

As an Associate Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be responsible for promoting Sage Products to healthcare professionals, particularly nurses and clinicians, while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves extensive product training to tailor promotional messages, assist in product selection, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. You will also participate in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation, and training, while adhering to facility protocols and OSHA guidelines. Your mission is to enhance healthcare quality and customer experience through teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage Products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop customer relationships.
• Follow extensive product training to tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge.
• Assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training.
• Ensure customer adoption and satisfaction with products.
• Demonstrate teamwork and empowerment in solving customer problems.
• Prepare and operate at trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to facility protocols and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Experience with reports and budget management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a good driving record.
