About the position

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) is a foundational role within Stryker's sustainability solutions portfolio, focusing on driving growth, retention, and engagement in the Patient Care franchise. This role involves collaboration with regional and strategic sales teams to develop and execute customer-tailored strategies, ensuring optimal program execution and customer satisfaction. The ASR serves as a critical touchpoint for implementing solutions that enhance hospital participation in reprocessing programs, making it essential for professionals with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Healthcare Teams to educate hospital staff on reprocessing programs.
• Support Sales Efforts by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating on strategic plans.
• Conduct Education Sessions for healthcare facility staff across multiple shifts.
• Analyze Data to evaluate device usage and collection trends for actionable strategies.
• Strengthen Relationships with key decision-makers and provide ongoing support.
• Facilitate Program Implementation by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor Performance by tracking collection compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solve as a single point of contact for customer concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• Demonstrated record of performance and achievement in academic or professional settings.

• 0-2 years of prior sales or sales support experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
